Produced in the heart of Tuscany, our venison ragout owes its high quality to many important elements, mainly the choice of excellent ingredients: it contains no preservatives, food colourings or additives, only natural flavours are added (spices, aromatic herbs), the extra virgin olive oil is 100% italian, vegetables are always and only fresh, only venison meat is used in the preparation.
Other fundamental factors which give the right harmony to its intense flavours are the long length of cooking over a low heat (5 hours at least) and the faithful compliance with the traditional Tuscan recipe.
The final result is a tasty and delicious sauce, perfect for any kind of pasta.
