Produced in the heart of Tuscany, our porcini mushroom ragout owes its high quality to many important elements, mainly the choice of excellent ingredients: it contains no preservatives, food colourings or additives, only natural flavours are added (spices, aromatic herbs), the extra virgin olive oil is 100% italian, vegetables are always and only fresh.
Other fundamental factors which give the right harmony to its intense flavours are the long length of cooking over a low heat (5 hours at least) and the faithful compliance with the traditional Tuscan recipe.
The final result is a tasty and delicious sauce, perfect for any kind of pasta.
