"Cacio del bosco", pecorino with truffle

Delicate and noble pecorino cheese, aromatic and tasty but never spicy or salty. Thanks to the patient and accurate ageing, the cheese and truffle flavours are very balanced. Small black truffle bits constellate its white compact paste; the crust may be brown or light brown.

Available in 1,2 kg rounds or in small rounds about 500g
