Raspberries, thanks to their high content of polyphenols, have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory virtues.
Taste this jam simply on a slice of bread or as ingredient for home made cakes and desserts. We suggest to pair it with yogurt, and with fresh and delicate cheeses like ricotta and robiola.
