Blu di capra is a goat milk raw pasta blue cheese, aged in natural caves. The dough is soft but compact and firm, not too creamy; the rich flavour of goat milk matches perfectly the delicate smell of the blue cheese noble molds. Available in two sizes: vacuum packed 1/4 cheese round and slices in heat sealed bowls (average weigth: 240g)
