Our meat sauces are produced according to the traditional Tuscan recipes, with high quality raw materials and no additives or preservatives. The meats come from Italian livestocks, the game is exclusively European. Only fresh vegetables and natural spices are added. Following the tradition, the sauces are cooked over a low heat for about 5 hours, in order to obtain intense perfumes and taste.
