This fancy sauce, whose truffle scent is only due to the presence of the precious tuber with no added flavour, is a very versatile speciality. You can use it as dressing for pasta, noodles, white meats and cutlets, but also as topping for croutons and canapés. We suggest to heat slightly the sauce and to add a little milk or stock.
